After graduating from university in 1992, Ishihiro joined Kinki Nippon Railway Co., Ltd. Afterwards, he worked for hotel business, overseas dispatch and public relations. He was appointed to Kinki University in 2007. He first joined entrance examination as a department manager and become a director later on. He was assigned as general manager of public relations in April 2013. He is currently a director of general affairs which he was appointed April 2017.
